Project Black PC (part 2)
Sorry about the dull name.
All the delicate parts removed, time to do some damage precision alterations.

Found the rough centre by marking four intersecting lines from the screw holes, then two more lines to find dead centre. Centre punch, a drop of oil and drill. |

Move on to a step drill to enlarge the hole. |

More lube. |

Bolt the two halves of the punch together through the hole, and tighten. |
 |
I removed the punch socket to show the cutting head. I really should of removed that swarf before starting to cut. |
 |
Nice clean hole and a free sink strainer. |
